Taste: full-bodied, well-balanced, packed with crispness and rounded structure, showing an excellent, slightly aromatic finish and just the right length.
Food pairings: great as an aperitif and throughout a meal. Excellent with fresh water shrimps and traditional fish soup, and particular with fresh Grana Padano cheese.
Serve: in flute-shaped glasses at 8-10°C. Store in the dark at a temperature of 15-18°C, and drink within 2 years of dégorgement.
